After the transfer of the plant to the territory of Kiselevsk and the reconstruction:

• In 1968-1969 the production of grammonites 79/21 and 30/70 was organized with an annual output of 110,000-140,000 tons.
• In 1972-1973, the reconstruction of the ammonite production equipment was carried out in order to increase the mechanization of labor and the productivity of the line.
• In 1981-1982, a complex of buildings for the production of granulites AS-4 and AS-8 was built; in 1993, the production of granulite UP-1 was launched, and later the production of granulite PS and RD began.

In 1987, "Znamya" JSC was the first in Russia to master the production of environmentally friendly and effective emulsion explosives in order to meet the world requirements in the field of blasting operations. The first "Nitro-Nobel" emulsion plant in the USSR was installed, and it is fully functioning to this day.

More than 20 types of industrial explosives have been manufactured in total.

The main consumer is the Kuzbass region. Besides, the manufactured products are supplied to other regions of Western and Eastern Siberia, the Far East, and for export (Mongolia). The infrastructure created at the enterprise (a land plot of 150 hectares, railway access, base warehouses for storing explosive materials, a test site, a laboratory, paramilitary guards, a fire station, and two security alarm lines with 200 video cameras) allows producing up to 600 thousand tons of industrial explosives per year.

The company employs about 600 people.

A long-term development program was created at "Znamya" JSC. It is aimed at modernizing technological processes, updating fixed assets and introducing new types of explosives based on emulsion instead of TNT-containing ones, as well as expanding the types of the enterprise's activities.

In 2016, the technical specialists of the enterprise, together with specialists from Russian design institutes, developed, designed, built and put into operation a technological line for the production of "Blastite". At present, there are no similar technologies that would allow producing of industrial explosives of such quality in Russia.
"Blastit" emulsion explosive  is manufactured in the form of cartridges of different diameters from 32 to 90 mm. It is a capsule-sensitive emulsion explosive used as an intermediate detonator and a main charge in open pit mining and in mines without gas and dust hazard.
In terms of economic and technical indicators, "Blastite" is an effective replacement for TNT-containing explosives.

Much work has been done to modernize the emulsifier manufacturing technology (one of the main raw materials in the production of emulsion explosives) almost entirely from domestic components (under the import substitution program).
The implementation of this measure allowed increasing the efficiency of the emulsion explosives produced, ensuring the stability of raw materials supply and independence from the influence of the exchange rate, increasing competitiveness, creating new highly productive jobs, and increasing tax payments to the budgets.

In addition to the production of explosives, "Znamya" JSC delivers explosive components by special vehicles to the places of use. About 100 units of special vehicles are involved in the delivery of explosives and their components.

All special vehicles are equipped with tachographs and navigation equipment. The centralized control center for the delivery of explosives and explosive components by specialized vehicles created at the enterprise allows for continuous online control of loading and delivery to consumers, which is a guarantee of safety during transportation on common roads.

The company successfully provides drilling and blasting operations services. used by more than twenty large enterprises of the region. The infrastructure of "Znamya" JSC allows carrying out a full range of works related to the manufacture, delivery and use of explosives.

"Znamya" JSC is a socially oriented enterprise. The company pays great attention to the social and economic development of its team. Assistance is rendered to pensioners and former employees of the enterprise. Every year, sponsorship is provided to educational institutions: School No. 5 and Kindergarten No. 41. Much work is carried out annually to improve the village of Uskat (improvement of the courtyard areas). Social facilities were opened: a gym, a cultural and leisure center, a multifunctional sports ground, a public garden, etc.)
