Reinforced concrete products plant

The plant uses three concrete mixing units with a total capacity of up to 120 m 3 / hour. Reinforcement cages are manufactured by electric spot welding machines and at manual electric and gas metal arc cutting posts. In the mechanical workshop, manual electric arc metal welding and metalworking are performed on screw-cutting, milling, drilling, sharpening and gear shaping machines. 

The quality of all products is guaranteed by the plant's certified laboratory.

In August 2020, to implement the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024", the enterprise engaged in the national project "Increasing labor productivity and supporting employment". As part of this project, the plant managed to speed up the production of floor slabs for the construction of residential buildings by almost 1.5 times. In addition to increasing productivity, lean technologies allowed reducing the volume of unfinished work by 15% and reducing the overconsumption of concrete mix by more than 50%, which had a positive effect on the cost of production.

The organization is engaged in charity: discounts on finished products are provided for certain religious organizations. The enterprise participates in the "Get the Child Ready for School" city campaign.
