Mine named after S.D. Tikhova is a modern coal mining enterprise, commissioned in 2017, located in the city of Leninsk-Kuznetsky. The mine carries out underground coal mining within the boundaries of the Nikitsky deposit of the Kuznetsk coal basin. Coal reserves are presented scarce in Russia and expensive grades Zh and 2Zh, which significantly improve the quality of metallurgical coke. The planned production capacity of the enterprise in 2022 for the production of marketable coal is 1,276.2 thousand tons and the subsequent production of 780.1 thousand tons of concentrate. For the preparation of new stopes, the teams of 11 tunneling teams plan to go through 9,286 linear mine workings. The safety of mine workers is ensured by the most modern security systems for monitoring the content of harmful gases, coal dust deposits, air speed and other parameters of production processes. At the moment, the company is working on the preparation of the 2nd treatment face in the 2nd block of the mine field along the seam 23.

The Koksovy site conducts open-pit coal mining within the Prokopyevsko-Kiselevskiy coal-bearing region of the Kuznetsk coal basin. The production capacity of the enterprise for the extraction of coking coal in 2022 is planned at the level of 1,360 thousand tons. The company's reserves are represented by coal grades K, KS, KO, OS and TS. 10 modern excavators are working at the mine, and the entire fleet of dump trucks has been transferred to equipment manufactured by the Republic of Belarus - BelAZ. To provide continuous coal mining, it is required to increase the mining allotment area and use the license of the Koksovy-Gluboky subsoil area. For these purposes, the current production site, new treatment facilities and a new modern administrative and amenity plant are being built.
