Over the years, the Golden Owl has become an urban legend. It was the trust of the residents of Kemerovo that allowed not only to preserve the plant in the turbulent 90s, but also to successfully resist federal competitors. Since then, the company has been protecting local production and is personally responsible to Siberians for what it brews and bottled.
The plant has been building relationships with direct suppliers of raw materials for decades. Only barley or wheat malt is used, for dark varieties - caramel, not artificial colors. Hops are supplied in briquettes. Raw materials for production are not stored in the warehouse: they were brought in and immediately put into operation.
The yeast is sourced from Germany from the VLB Berlin Brewery Institute. The necessary biomass is cultivated on our own equipment. German yeast creates whole colonies in Siberia in order to then smoothly and tastefully digest the sugars of the wort into natural alcohols. The department of cylindrical-conical tanks (CCT) is a real international project, several years ago it was modernized with the participation of Czech specialists. All fittings are made in Germany.
There is strict laboratory control and constant analysis of young beer before it goes to maturation.
Most manufacturing operations depend on time and temperature intervals, therefore automatic equipment is responsible for the order in cooking. The brewhouse is the heart of the brewery, where beer wort originates. Six-vessel brewing allows you to brew truly different beers at the same time.
The filling line is a joint creation of Italian, Czech and German engineers and can fill 15,000 bottles per hour.
