1966 year. The history of the Topki Cement Plant began in the post-war period, when the country was experiencing acute shortage of construction materials. The torch of the first kiln was lit on 30 January 1966. The construction and commissioning of other kiln was carried out fast.

1971 year. The enterprise operated four technological lines with an annual cement production of 2.7 million tons.

The 1990s. The plant became a leader among the enterprises of the cement industry in Siberia and the Far East, having made record in the production of finished products: 3 million tons per year. Further economic downturn dramatically changed the situation - the Kuzbass cement producer was on the brink of survival.

2004 year. The revival of the enterprise began with its merger with "Sibirsky Cement" Holding Company" JSC A large-scale modernization was started at the plant: production equipment was updated, advanced technologies were introduced, and production processes were automated.

2010 year. The fifth technological line with a production capacity of up to 600,000 tons of clinker per year was put into operation, which was a major event in the recent history of the enterprise. As a result, the design capacity of the plant reached 3.7 million tons of cement per year.

2018 year. The company launched the production of oil-well portland cement with resistance to sulfate attack PCT I G CC 1, which is used for casing deep oil and gas wells at elevated temperatures and pressures. Due to the active development of oil fields in the north of Siberia, this type of product is in great demand.
Products of the plant
Today the plant produces a total of 10 civil construction types of cement and 6 special types of cement.
The company successfully participates in the implementation of large-scale projects for the construction of infrastructure and industrial facilities. In Kemerovo, the capital of Kuzbass, the cement of "Topki Cement" LLC was used for the construction of the Presidential Cadet School, the Ice Palace and the Sports Complex in Pritomsky Avenue, the Cassation Court and motorways. It was used as well for the construction of the Federal Tax Service building in Oktyabrsky Avenue and the Lesnaya Polyana residential area. Besides, "Topki Cement" LLC supplies its products for the construction of an oil refinery in the Omsk Region.
Industry experts have repeatedly included the company's products in the "100 best goods of Russia" list. In 2020, "Topki Cement" LLC became the fifth cement plant in Russia to successfully pass the audit of the American Petroleum Institute (API).

One of the priority areas of is improving the environmental safety of production. The plant regularly takes measures to reduce emissions into the atmosphere. State-of-the-art gas analyzers and electrostatic precipitators are installed in three rotary kilns to minimize emissions. In 2021, another powerful electrostatic precipitator will be put into operation at the first technological line. According to preliminary estimates of "Sibirsky cement" Holding Company" JSC, the total cost of the project will amount to more than 360 million rubles.
