Today "Resource" LLC is a young, dynamically developing enterprise in the coal industry of the Kemerovo region - Kuzbass. It has been successfully operating in the coal market since 2010. Having started coal mining in 2013 from the level of 1.998 million tons, the company has risen its volumes of production to 7.404 million tons (2020).
"Resource" LLC equips its enterprises with the latest machinery and implements the safest technologies. Creating safe working conditions at workplaces requires systematic implementation of a set of measures aimed at increasing the level of industrial safety. The company constantly develops new areas of activity, adopts and implements production solutions with respect to environmental regulations and production risks, and implements the available set of measures to prevent injuries and accidents.
The new coal mining method (highwall miner) has been successfully implemented in production almost since the very company's establishment. The key to the company's success is its strong and trusting relationships with partners.
The company's management cooperate with municipal and regional administrations, implement various social projects, and cooperate with public organizations and educational institutions to implement charitable and socio-economic programs. Agreements on social and economic cooperation are signed with the Administration of the Government of the Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass and the Administrations of the Novokuznetsk and Prokopyevsk municipal districts annually. The company provides annual financial support to the "Orphanage No. 95" in Novokuznetsk and "Northern Orphanage" for orphans and children left without parental care. Its enterprises participate in the "Help Get Ready for School" campaign and purchase charitable New Year gifts for children.
Social support is provided to employees of the company's enterprises, its social program is constantly expanding. Enterprises have targeted corporate programs for voluntary collective insurance, medical care, housing improvement, and social support for non-working pensioners. The company strives to bring all workplaces in line with sanitary and hygienic standards and requirements, to ensure the implementation of measures to reduce the negative impact of working conditions and the nature of the labour process on the health of workers. All employees undergo a mandatory regular medical examination. Medical services (expensive diagnostic procedures and operations) are provided to employees at the expense of the enterprises' funds under health insurance contracts. The health resort treatment of employees is carried out in sanatoriums throughout the territory of the Russian Federation. Employees who do take sick leaves during a year are paid a bonus for a healthy lifestyle. During the summer holidays, the children of employees have a rest in children's health camps and sanatoriums. Employees of the company's enterprises are compensated for central heating payments and provided with coal on preferential terms.
