The Yaya Oil Refinery of a fuel profile was commissioned in 2013, when the crude unit was launched. The volume of oil refining is 3,300,000 tons per year with 8,760 working hours. The plant is located in the city of Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo Region, in close proximity to the main oil pipeline and the Trans-Siberian Railway.

Its products are distributed both in the Russian Federation (Siberian Federal District, Far Eastern Federal District) and in the CIS countries, the Baltic states, the Netherlands, Germany, China, Korea, Japan, etc.

In 2018, a fuel oil vacuum distillation unit was commissioned with an estimated capacity of 1,600,000 tons / year. The present oil refining depth is 76%.

On 1 February 2021, the Combined unit for the processing of straight-run gasoline fractions UK-1 was put into operation, which allowed establishing the production of Cass 5 motor gasoline TR TS 013/2013 (GOST R 51105-97).

Investments in the construction of the second stage of the Yaya Oil Refinery amounted to 30 billion rubles. The accumulated volume of investments by 2021 is 54 billion rubles. The "NefteKhimServis" Board of Directors approved the project development program until 2023.
