In 1978 in Krasnobrodskoye the knitwear factory "Nadezhda" began its production activity, which was created with the aim of increasing the employment of the female population of the miners' settlement. To this day, people have been working in the team since the day of foundation. During the perestroika period, the enterprise managed to maintain its activities thanks to the cohesion of a small and friendly team, which remained thanks to orders for overalls and clothing for child benefits, and produced products for entrepreneurs on the market.
At present, Nadezhda LLC produces underwear for all categories of the population, clothes for home, sleep and rest, bedding. Products are supplied to the cities: Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen, Surgut, Novosibirsk, Ussuriysk, Irkutsk, Tomsk, the cities of the Altai Territory and the Kemerovo Region.
Constant participation in international exhibitions and fairs was marked by letters of thanks and diplomas. At exhibitions and fairs, products were awarded letters of thanks, diplomas. In February 2008, at the international exhibition-fair in Kemerovo, LLC "Nadezhda" received the "Gold Medal" for the presentation of products that are in the highest consumer demand. In 2009, in Novosibirsk, they were awarded the Gemma Gold Medal as the best goods and services in Siberia. In 2011, the company was recognized as the winner of the competition "The best entrepreneur of the Kemerovo region in the field of production", and in 2012 the company was recognized as a laureate of the competition for the 100 best goods and services of Kuzbass and the region.
The products manufactured by the enterprise are distinguished by the high quality of the raw materials used, strict control of the technological process and are certified.
The work was organized in its own premises with an area of 1221 m2 on equipment with a total cost of 4 million rubles. All non-financial assets were acquired without borrowing and leasing. The production process is organized in several workshops.
