information
The factory was built on the basis of Russian technological equipment of SMK‑ 350, licensed by Unimorando (Italy). The technological scheme for the production of bricks is based on the plastic molding method.
- 1989: the factory was launched.
- 1990: the first products were manufactured - ceramic stone, then thickened bricks with various relief surfaces, and shaped bricks. The Mazurovo ceramic hollow brick was the pioneer in the construction market of Kuzbass and the surrounding regions.
- 2007: the enterprise became part of "SDS" Holding Company" JSC. The company allocated significant funds to improve working conditions and modernize production.
- 2008: taking into account the market demands, the factory switched to the production of ordinary standard solid bricks of construction grades M-100, M-125, M-150.
- 2014: the company launched a sawdust line, which allowed speeding up the drying process and improving the quality of bricks. In the same year, the factory purchased a clay feeder and a vacuum pump.
- 2015: a clay crusher and a clay temperer were installed at factory, which had a positive effect on the quality of raw materials. To expand the range of bricks, equipment was purchased for the production of ceramic stone, which made it possible to produce ordinary ceramic stones M100 and M125 in the amount of 1 million pieces per year.
- 2017-2018: The plant "plunged" into a crisis in the construction industry, which slightly shook its activities. However, thanks to the competent work of the head of the enterprise in setting priorities, as well as the correct analysis of the market situation by specialists, it was possible to bring the enterprise from unprofitable to stable loss-free work and to keep the main workforce.
- 2020: equipment for the processing of ceramic masses in the coarse grinding mode was purchased (disintegrator rollers). It allowed reducing the load on equipment in the further raw materials processing chain to improve the quality of processing. A new type of product - hollow stone - was released. It can be used for construction at sites with seismicity exceeding 7 points .
The factory's products are popular not only in Kuzbass, but also in nearby regions. The products mostly go to construction organizations in the Kemerovo Region (up to 80 %), yet the share of consumers from the Tomsk and Novosibirsk Regions is growing.
Currently, the Mazurovo factory brick is used at the construction sites of the Cultural Cluster, "Kuzbass" Ice Palace, "Kuzbass-Arena" sports complex, and for construction of housing, preschool, secondary and additional education facilities (schools and kindergartens). Such objects in Kemerovo as the residential complex "Serebryany Bor", the building of Kemerovo City Power Grid, Znamensky Cathedral, the Court of Cassation, etc. were built from Mazurovo bricks.
