information
The decision to build the plant was made in 1989 in order to provide high-quality building materials - ceramic bricks - for the main developers of the city: "Leninskshakhtostroy" Trust and "Leninskugol" Association, with the aim of developing the transport, engineering and social infrastructure of Leninsk-Kuznetsky. On 5 November 1997, the Leninsk-Kuznetsky construction materials plant was officially launched: on that date that the first batch of ceramic bricks was produced. Since 1997, the plant has been operating around the clock in a continuous mode.
Today the total area of the plant, including the access railway and infrastructure, is 4 hectares. Its production capacity is 30 million pieces of hollow ceramic bricks of various types.
The entire production process is carried out in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation, which determines the quality of the products, the standard of their development and manufacturing, and the use conditions, including transportation and storage regulations. The plant receives raw materials through licensed development and extraction of clay fr om the Egozovsky deposit, Leninsk-Kuznetsky district, Kemerovo region, located in the immediate vicinity of the enterprise. To ensure the continuous operation of the plant, the clay coming from the quarry is stored in the clay storage, wh ere its molding and drying properties are improved during the aging process.
The work is carried out according to the German technology with a high technical level of mechanization and automation of production using the equipment of "KELLER" and "HÄNDLE", which are among the world's leading manufacturers of machines and systems for processing and molding ceramic raw materials.
Control over the technological process is carried out by the laboratory whose equipment provides a full cycle of analyses: from the raw materials coming from the quarry to the received finished products. Voluntary certification is performed. The high quality of bricks is confirmed by numerous diplomas and gold medals received at fairs and forums held in Russia and abroad.
The enterprise carries out obligatory measures for environmental protection and reclamation of the quarry land.
Over 23 years of operation, the plant has produced 590 million bricks and ensured their supply for the construction of numerous new facilities in the Siberian Federal District, the republics of Khakassia, Tyva, Buryatia, as well as for export to Kazakhstan and Mongolia.
