Kemerovo DSK

"Kemerovo DSK" LLC has a rich history. Kemerovo House-Building Plant was founded in 1961; for many years it was a leader of the construction industry.

In 2010, the enterprise received a new life: in 2010-2014, the enterprise was modernized; engineers and technologists from 5 countries were engaged in the commissioning of a line for the production of large-panel housing construction products. Three Kuzbass design institutes were engaged in the project: the "Kuzbasskomunproekt" (Kemerovo), "Novolex-Engineering" and "Sibniistromproekt" (Novokuznetsk). The best engineers from Russia, Germany, Finland, Italy and Austria took active part in the modernization of the enterprise. In total, more than 100 people were involved in the project.

New technologies allowed for entering into the regional construction market with a number of advantages, including accelerated construction time, high quality and affordable price per square meter of housing. Imported equipment allowed manufacturing any products of various series, shapes and sizes, which meant that production at "Kemerovo DSK" could quickly be "reconfigured" to produce the types of products that were in demand.

The highest technological effectiveness, the level of automation and computerization of the new production resulted in a significant leap in improving the quality of products, and made it possible to increase labor productivity by 2 times, and the volume of production by more than 5 times.

The large-panel house construction workshop of "Kemerovo DSK", launched in February 2014, is designed for the production of precast reinforced concrete for housing construction, including low-rise construction. The manufactured constructions are used for cottages and high-rise residential buildings as well as for socially significant objects: kindergartens, schools, and hospitals.

As part of the implementation of the federal project "Housing" in Kuzbass, the regional project "Housing" was approved. It is aimed to achieve the volume of housing commissioning of 1,515,000 square meters per year by 2024.

The Government of the Kemerovo Region signed an agreement with the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation on the approval of annual targets for housing commissioning in the region:

• 2019 - 326 000 square meters;
• 2020 - 365 000 square meters;
• 2021 - 1 187 000 square meters;
• 2022 - 1 313 000 square meters;
• 2023 - 1 414 000 square meters;
• 2024 - 1 515 000 square meters.
